Stephen is the CEO of Genesis First. He brings a wealth of experience built over a long and varied career, combining a sharp eye for detail with a genuine desire to make a positive impact through property.

His interest in property began early in his life and was reignited after exploring how the industry has evolved over recent years. Recognising the urgent need for housing and the opportunities within commercial property redevelopment, Stephen founded Genesis First to deliver practical, sustainable solutions that benefit both investors and communities.
